I sang at their evening meeting on the Monday and morning meeting Tuesday: my song "Little One" and "Lord, Protect My Child" (Dylan). From the reaction of the woman in the foreground, I say she's not a Dylan fan (or a Pepper fan).
Or maybe she *is* a Dylan fan. That would be worse!
Heidi's dad worked with mine and so we've known each other since childhood. She and her sister, Natalie, were the ones who invited me to Dorion Bible Camp.
She "graduated" from Camp and got married and had a couple of children. (I didn't.) The children soon came to camp, but the marriage ended after seven years.
Twenty five years later she and her ex, Murray, got back in touch due to the birth of their first grandchild. One thing led to another and they decided they wanted to get remarried!!
My mother and I were happy to attend this special event at the Unitarian Hall (followed by the reception at the Journey to Wellness Centre on Amelia St.).
