It turns out that this parking lot is marked as a street on Google Earth, and so I biked it today, and I think that means I have now biked all the "city" streets of Thunder Bay, and I expect this completes my biking for 2023.
However, I don't want to give the impression that I won't continue biking in 2024. I hope to start riding more of the rural roads.
