Here Gord Ellis Jr., guitarist for the local Reggae band, "Rock Steady", poses with our mutual friends, Bob and Christine Penner, in town for Christmas visiting family and friends.
At this annual event the women tend to sit on the floor, while the men sit in chairs or on couches. Here I am pictured breaking this pattern.Shortly after this, the women got up and left. Hmm. Life is hard as a trailblazer. Thanks, Harbrons, for again hosting this fun event!

Gayle is the other grandmother of my niblings (Geri's kids) and gets us together for a meal every Christmas Eve. This year was special as Geri, Sonny and Clifford were in town. All the photos are by Geri.

The Sunday Evening Improv Group (the Improvers?) took over the Hodder for the 2nd Sunday night in a row for a night of Karaoke and literal-song-interpretation dancing.
I attempted to sing The Mighty Quinn (Dylan), Let It Rain (Clapton/Bramlett), Oh! Darling (Beatles - McCartney mainly) and I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For (U2). Actually, What I'm Still Looking For are Karaoke tracks in a baritone range. Ouch!

I'll have to get the pix of the other kids from the other photographers.
"Santa, you're great! How did you know!?"
