German Girl In America - - Gluehwein: Dec. 16/20

I follow Feli, a German Girl in America on YouTube (etc.). On Instagram she asked for pix of our Gluehwein experiences. I sent her this picture from my visit with Drinkwalters in Germany in Dec. 2002. This is from a day that Al & I visited Goslar, and this was my first time drinking Gluehwein (hot, mulled wine). I don't drink much, especially back then, but here I am drinking alcohol out on the street (as is normal in Germany)!!!! (Feli finds North American attitudes towards drinking odd.)

Note that even when enlarged, it will not be possible to read all the street names. This is mainly to give you just a rough idea of where I travelled this year on my bike starting in mid-June. This is based on my sketchy memory and diary entries, and so some of the routes I took are mere guesses.

To the Marina from Waverley Park Towers. While there I visited Windy Shores and bought some of Jo-Mik's carrot cake. (I thought it was Crumbs'.) I had to carry my bike up the Ambrose St. steps to get back to WPT.
