Tomato Harvest: Sept. 20/25

AMPW was having a driveway plant sale back in the Spring, and gave me a discount on three plants, one a tomato plant. Of course, since I'm away at camp much of the summer, I wasn't able to tend them well. Here is entire my tomato harvest.

Not really a big deal. In fact, now I feel okay about staying in all day, and not having even booked my tire change yet.

Christmas Decor 2024

I didn't feel like doing much this year. I did get a new (to me) wreath because the old one was 1) too small and 2) destroyed in our recent improv show! (I had alread bought its replacement.)

Dead Tree Removed: Oct. 16/24

My neighbour's dad volunteered to cut down the dead tree in front of my house.

Tomatoes: Oct. 2/24

A few months ago I went to meet with someone in the LU agora, and K was there selling plants from the Greenhouse. I bought a plant with two green tomatoes on it. I transplanted it to my garden, but due to being at camp, didn't give it much care. I was able to eat one of the tomatoes, but an animal got the other. At that point there no other flowers.

But when I returned from MPC these two little guys had appeared. When we started to get frost warnings, I brought them inside, and eventually they ripened, and I ate them.
