Intermediate Week at Gitchigomee was cancelled due to a nearby fire (and smoky air). So a few of the staff, who had booked time off work anyway, spent a few days out there. I joined them Sunday evening after visiting with the P-W Fam. Fishing in the river was unsuccessful, and I had hoped to canoe to the Point the following morning where Shannon had caught a bass on Sunday, but it became very windy.
So Michael and I packed up the archery equipment and field, and I headed home on Monday.
