About to enter "Crawford on the other side of the tracks". No exit !!! :
On the other side of the tracks, there is a big field. It doesn't appear that any rinks had been there:
Over the tracks there is a circle road. This stretch is Stanley Ave. but there are no signs. I would have thought a road named after a GG would be signed and paved.
There is one house (numbered) on this circle road, and a home-made rink:
Later I found the other half of Stanley Ave. on this side of the tracks. This is looking along Stanley towards the one house. On the map to follow the location is marked by a red dot.
The logic behind naming these dirt roads strikes me as odd:
I remember a fun boot hockey tourney at this location a few years back:
