Eight comic books:
At this point they give up, and skip to Day Twelve, but are unable to sing what that day brings. Later they wish for doughnuts, and so I've assigned doughnuts to all the remaining days:
Here's a video version from which I pilfered some still shots. I don't know its history, but I think there was an animated series for a period of time (a short time, I expect).
