As the Halloween Blizzard of '91 was beginning, I was driving B & C's Acura Integra equipped with "all-season" tires to pick them up from the airport in Duluth. I ended up being hosted for two nights by a Christian family (Al & Mary Michaelson) in Two Harbors (strangers to me). Their daughter was a singer, and gave me her Christmas tape. For a while this family and I wrote good ol' letters back and forth. I sent them one of my tapes.
I never heard from them again.
