Open House at Richards: Sept. 21/08

People from church were invited to stop by after the service. We pooled our lunches together and (as often happens) had twelve basketsful left over (or so).

Some of us played Progressive Whist (?). Bill won.

Medical Equipment Modernization Opportunity sends Cuban hospitals equipment that is perfectly useful but discarded from Thunder Bay hospitals. The equipment may be only five years old, but analog, and therefore incompatible with the systems at our new hospital.

On September 21/08 Gary Cooper spoke to our congregation about their work.

Knee Pain

Last Sunday my knee gave out on me. These x-rays were taken when I went to Emerge that day. No bone damage can be seen, but cartilage and ligaments don't show.

Film Shoot for Finn-Tastic Sauna Commercial: Sept 4,5/08

Soon I'll upload the finished product -- the next installment in the Finn-Tastic Sauna ads.

I got the part because the producer of the first few segments, Rebekah Skocinski put the word out to her fellow Cambrian Players board members.

The commercial is 30 seconds long at most, but we shot for an hour or so the first day at Dog Lake and the second day for a couple of hours at Millford Road off Mapleward Road.
