Six years ago I began recording Dorion Bible Camp songs (the "card" songs). Recently with "Stay at Home", I've begun catching up.
Click here for a songbook containing lyrics and chords for these songs and many others from that era at Dorion.

Click here to see most of my 2020 Quarantunes!
Because it has so many embedded videos, the page takes a while to load (at least with my slow connection), so I've moved it from being the first page you see. So I've moved it to earlier in the year.

It seemed to take me 20 min. to manage to get my skates on (maybe including getting down to the river). Once on the ice, I felt very unsteady, wishing there were boards. Eventually, the motions came back to me, but still I didn't want to land on my knees, and be unable to work (or act). So, I just went a little way down the trail & came back. Fortunately, it wasn't hard to remove my skates.
I spent about an hour in the Great Hall listening to Katherine Nemec, who was very good. She was being broadcast throughout the Fort, but I wanted to stay. In "One Hand In My Pocket", I covered my ears when she got to "I'm brave, but I'm chicken ...", but she left out that word, and I got a little smirk from her.
Then I think I visited the gunsmith, the dairy, the farm (and talked to a ram), then a wintering house (I think) where I did a Mad Lib story about William MacGillivray and his swimming pool.
I had tried to buy a season's pass on-line, but there was a glitch, but Chantal Dallaire was very helpful at the ticket booth, and now I have one, and hope to drop in a few more times this year.
As I was leaving I talked with Chris Merkley, local artist, at the snow painting area.

Blueprints Studio had a scheduled takeover of the Monday evening Open Mic at The Foundry, but Jean-Paul DeRoover graciously allowed me the closing slot of the night. I sang my original "Don't Be Afraid", but before I did, Mac, the sound man, had me sing my Sound Check Song (2 verses).
This schedule is not entirely accurate, and not all the acts are in these pix below:
